DESCRIPTION:Working Together: Innovative Ideas for Complex Care\nThis year’s conference focuses on innovative programs and care models designed by agencies and people working in the field to address the challenges of providing care to people with complex needs. \nKeynote: “Navigating a Complex World: Lessons Learned from a Complex Case Management Pilot”  a Panel Presentation by Ongwanda \nThe conference opens on April 10th with the GLS event (details available soon) and continues for April 11th and 12th with a series of concurrent sessions on complex care.
