Privacy policy
The OADD values the privacy of its members and affiliates; confidential information is not maintained or shared with other parties.
Contact information is maintained to allow for notification regarding membership renewal, coming events, new publication and other items of interest. OADD does not share members’ contact information with outside parties.
Membership
OADD members are recognized on our website as follows:
- General and RSIG members:
Member’s name is posted in the General or RSIG Members’ section
- Sustaining and Student Sustaining members:
Member’s name and email address is posted in the Sustaining Members’ section
Organization’s name, mailing address and a link to their website, as well as the name and email of the contact person are posted in the Organizational Members’ section
Organization’s name and mailing address and the name and email of the contact person are posted in the Patron Members’ section under the appropriate Patron level heading. If the Patron is an individual their name, business address (only) and contact email are posted.
You may request that your email address not be posted on the website through the application form. If you have any question or wish changes to the information posted as above contact the OADD office (oadd@oadd.org) to have it removed.
