2024 Bylaw changes
Due to the standardization of bylaws for Non-profits required by the Ontario Government (ONCA) the OADD engaged legal representation to re-draft the bylaws for the association.
The new bylaws comply with ONCA and maintain the focus and unique activities of OADD.
The membership will be asked to approve the new bylaws at our Annual General Meeting April 10th, 2024 at the Four Points by Sheraton, St. Catharines, 3530 Schmon Parkway, Thorold Ontario starting at 5:30 p.m. To vote at the AGM you must be present.
