OADD Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for members of OADD to gather, learn about the activities of the Association and have input into the direction of events for the upcoming year.

Attendance at the AGM is free of charge and members in good standing are encouraged to attend. Members also have the option to vote by emailed ballot (ballots will be sent out the week of April 11th, 2022).

2022 Annual General Meeting

In keeping with on-going COVID-19 restrictions the OADD Board has decided to host a virtual AGM for 2021. The date will be Tuesday April 26th, starting at 11:00 a.m. Details will follow, check back as more information becomes available.  

Per the by-laws voting members are: 

  • Sustaining members (1 vote per member)
  • Organizational members (3 votes per agency)
  • Patron members (5 votes per agency)

This year the Board is recommending 5 candidates for election to the Board. The details will be posted the week of April 11th when email ballots are sent out.
