A full day of presentations in person only on the impact of clinical issues (Dual Diagnosis, ALC, Medical Complexity & Justice) on planning for transitions in the community
OADD Annual Conference
Wednesday March 26th and Thursday March 27th – Navigating Life’s Transitions: Holistic Support Systems throughout the Lifespan
.Sessions will address sector-related changes and new ways forward for a range of topics including:
- Access to Health Care
- Education/life skills
- Innovative Housing Options
- Day Programming
