Wednesday November 11th

Vendor Cocktail Hour – 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. A chance to mingle with the vendors, relax and unwind after a day of sessions and before dinner
Dinner – 6:30 – 7:45 p.m. Separate Registration, a relaxing meal with colleagues and no need to go out on a cold November night!
Networking Event – 7:30 – 11:00 p.m. Our signature “let your hair down” event with a DJ and cash bar

Thursday November 12th

Shaping Tomorrow’s Supervisors – Session #3 Navigating Difficult Conversations – This is a separate registration, in person only and participants receive a certificate on completion of all six sessions. If you have missed session one or two contact the OADD office at oadd@oadd.org to find out about virtual catch-up sessions.

Registration fees are be based on type of registration. For “Attendees” there are discounts for early registration and membership in OADD as follows:

OADD Members

register before Sept 1, 2026 = $495 + HST
after Sept 1, 2026 = $525 + HST

Non-Members

before Sept 1, 2026 = $495 + HST
after Sept 1, 2026 = $540 + HST

OADD Conference Sessions – Virtual Attendance:

before Sept 1, 2026 = $300 + HST
after Sept 1, 2026 = $325 + HST
