Theme – Individualizing Supports & Services
As the sector moves to increased individualization of supports and services, we need to look at creative solutions. For our 31st annual conference we are looking for presentation abstracts addressing ways to customize supports and services that span the early years into end of life planning. If you are part of a program that has an innovative, individualized solution, we want to know.
General Streams:
- Residential: Individualized models of care
- Community: Creative Options & Solutions, SSAH, Respite
- Clinical Services: Fee for service
Focused Streams
Tuesday April 7th only – Management
- HR Related Topics
- Internal Restructuring
- Budgets & Managing fee for services
- Government Relations
Wednesday April 8th only – Research in Practice
- New Research on Individualized models for care
- Integrating services across disciplines
- Other topics (identify focus as residential, community or clinical)
Deadline for Submissions: October 25th, 2019
Number of Presenters
Presentations may have a maximum of three presenters and all presenters will be required to register for the conference. New presenter discounts will be provided.
Presenters as registered participants will be encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to see other presentations, attend networking events and join other participants in provided meals.
