Submitting Award Nominations and Scholarship Applications

Please email Nominations to oadd@oadd.org – do not send by regular mail.

Scholarships – please download, complete and return this form plus your CV and reference letters as required to oadd@oadd.org by February 1st.

Awards – please see submission requirements for the Hull-Roeher Award and OADD Award of Excellence.

Please carefully review the criteria and submission requirements for awards and scholarships to ensure all documents are included.
