OADD Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for members of OADD to gather, learn about the activities of the Association and have input into the direction of events for the upcoming year.

Attendance at the AGM is free of charge and members in good standing are encouraged to attend. If you are unsure about the status of your membership contact the OADD office at oadd@oadd.org to check.

 

2020 Annual General Meeting

The 2020 Annual General Meeting was scheduled for April 7th, 2020 at the Best Western Plus, Lamplighter Inn, 591 Wellington Road South, London, ON following the Awards & Scholarships luncheon.

As with many events this year the OADD Conference, and by extension the AGM, was cancelled. After careful consideration the OADD Board has decided to hold the AGM through electronic voting. This means that voting members will be sent a package via email with a voting card and reports from the Board to provide members with the information they need to make and informed vote. 

The OADD Board will review the process after the end of the voting period and determine if this can be incorporated in future AGMs.

Per the by-laws voting members are: 

  • Sustaining members (1 vote per member)
  • Organizational members (3 votes per agency)
  • Patron members (5 votes per agency)
