Annual General Meeting

OADD Annual General Meeting

The OADD bylaws require that the Annual General Meeting be held not later than fifteen (15) months after the last preceding Annual Meeting of Members and not later than six (6) months after the end of the previous fiscal year.

The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for members of OADD to gather, learn about the activities of the Association and have input into the direction of events for the upcoming year.

Attendance at the AGM is free of charge and members in good standing are encouraged to attend. You must attend the meeting in order to vote; the meeting venue/platform may be virtual or in person and that information will be included in the meeting notice.

2025 Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting was held June 2nd 12:30 – 1:00 via Zoom.

2024 Annual General Meeting

This year the AGM was held in person as part of the OADD Conference Awards and Scholarships Dinner on April 10th, at the Four Points by Sheraton, 3530 Schmon Parkway, Thorold Ontario  

This year the Board is recommending changes to the bylaws to comply with Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA). The details will be provided as part of the AGM package for members.
